I’d also like to mention the security staff (I didn’t catch his name) who was extremely friendly—he kindly picked us up from reception and dropped us right at our room door 786,which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"Great breakfast. Comfy king bed but we used their wash service for $25 euro$30US and was handed a wrinkled pile of clothes in a hamper on the floor of the room so it was useless. Other than that amazing stay !!!!"

At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and needed hot water for tea—without hesitation, the staff quickly assisted me with kindness and care. Overall, we are very impressed with the hospitality and attention to detail. The team here clearly takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and supported.
