"The reason only2 star: 1. check-in was a nightmare. After arrived on site was told needed to pick up keys at another location. Language issues made this totally unexceptable. 2. Bedroom has only a sheer curtains no privacy at all 3. Mattress was like a camping cot. 4. No shower curtain around tub. Water straying everywhere. 5. Not enough towels in apartment two bath 1 hand, 1 floor. ( 4days) 6. No pillow cases or linen for sofa bed 7. No hand, body, hair soaps of any kind 8. Apartment could be a 4-5 star with a little consideration and work. 9. No AC 10, No can or bottle opener. "

"The hotel was well set up, clean, inviting with excellent service from the desk personnel as well as the breakfast service that was available for an extra fee. The room and the bathroom was very clean.There was hand soap available in the bathroom for guests to wash their hands.This hotel is not air-conditioned, which is normal for the Czech Republic with its high rates for electric power."
