"I live at this motel it’s my residence unfortunately the place is amazing the biggest issue is they don’t give the people that stay here enough time to rent the room for the following week. Even when they tell u to do it days in advance which I always do it’s never available and I have a child that I have to pack up and constantly move. Then move back in days later. It’s a pain. I pay for my room every Friday for the following week there should be a way for the people that actually live here to be able to have the chance to book there room again for the following week. But the place is nice the Maintenance Man is a sweet heart always willing to help and comes right away when there is issues. Just wish there was a better way to book it with out worrying about having no were to go for a single night. "

"Always nice to stay at the Berkeley. Old world jersey shore feel but kept up very well. The staff are all extra helpful and friendly - and they’re dog friendly and right on the beach!"

"We were only there for 1 night and about 12 hours but the room was large and clean. The continental breakfast that was included was great as well. Good options and the eggs and bacon were made well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This was our fourth year at the White Sands, and every time is just as great as the first time we came, if not better. The pools and surrounding area is kept up very nicely and the private beach access directly in front of the property makes it well worth the money. The rooms are kept up well and very spacious. We are already looking forward to booking our stay next year."
