"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. "The hotel is centrally located and is well kept. The rooms are nice but not overly large. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is clean but the towels were a bit thin. There also could have been some additional racks to dry a few things. The breakfast was nice. There were a few occasions when it was hard to communicate with the staff, but of course we were speaking English in a non English speaking country."

"This hotel is a very good option for many reasons. It has been recently renovated, and the newest addition “the SPA” is exceptional. It’s one of the best I’ve visited: very modern, extremely clean, and offering unique services such as the salt room, which I had never experienced before. We booked a traditional full‑body massage in two separate rooms, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, though I would suggest offering better egg options and a wider selection of fruit. Our room was great. We have stayed at this hotel three times over the past ten years, and so far the experience has always been positive. The location is excellent as well. The only negative this time was finding some sand in the bed sheets. They looked neat from the outside, but it seems the cleaning staff assumed they were clean and didn’t replace them. Sheets should always be changed. Ačiū!"

"Here’s a polished, natural version of your review—clear, professional, and easy to read: Revised Review Nice staff and nice rooms. However, it would have been helpful if the description mentioned that there are two hotels with the same address. We got confused at first and ended up at the wrong one, which was a bit unsettling. Thankfully, we eventually found the correct property. It was also a bit inconvenient not having any communication or staff available after 6 PM, but everything else was fine. If you want, I can also make it shorter, more formal, more casual, or more positive."
