The apartment is very close to the beach, within walking distance of public transport, large supermarkets, shopping streets, and restaurants. Please note, stairs are required to access the apartment, which is on the first floor. Pets, events, parties, and barbecues are not allowed. The main guest must be over 25 years old. Groups in which more than 2 members are 25 or younger are not accepted. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in cancellation of the reservation.
