Fantastic one bedroom apartment with shared terrace in Nerja by Solaga

Cosy one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the picturesque sun-soaked town of Nerja.

This welcoming holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a small family-type building made up of two apartments that share a rooftop terrace.

The recently refurbished property is made up of a double bedroom, a comfortable open-space living and dining room area, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, and a full bathroom with shower with rainfall showerhead.

The downstairs apartment features an interior patio located right outside the bedroom with a dining table to enjoy a morning coffee or meals al fresco.

There is air-conditioning and heating throughout the property, as well as hi-speed Wi-Fi.

Both apartments in the building share a comfortable rooftop terrace to enjoy the wonderful microclimate that Nerja enjoys all year long. The rooftop features sunbeds, a sitting space, as well as a shower to freshen up during the summer heat.

While located in the heart of the historic center of Nerja and minutes away from the beach, it is conveniently nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the town, in a quiet area.
