DISCOUNT FOR LONG STAY.Department in front of the sea with a large terrace in a residential style "Andalusian village”. Very quiet and peaceful. Unbeatable views. IMPORTANT FEATURES AIR CONDITIONING. Down the stairs through the garden leads to Burriana Beach, Nerja's best beach, located 50 meters from the house. Fully equipped for 4/6 people. Swimming pool and gardens with subtropical flora and a beautiful artificial lake with plants. Direct access to the beach, steps and road. Internet connection free. Large spacious kitchen complete with crockery and cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms with bath, one of them with bidet. Hairdryer. The spacious living room and bedroom have views to the ocean and access to the terrace, which has table, chairs and loungers. Another large bedroom, bright flushes courtyard. Large closets in both bedrooms. Flat screen TV. DVD player (supports USB, pen drive, and HDMI). Fans.
The complex has a bar-restaurant and a children and an adult pool open seasonally. Reception service and maintenance information. Day and night security. Hipermarkets at 800 meters offer delivery. Large variety of restaurants to 100 meters, on the beach. Located 800 meters from the center of Nerja and the “Balcon de Europa”. You can park on the street or in the covered parking of urbanization. No disabled facilities. Pets are not allowed.

Overall good experience, nice size balcony with furniture, larger than it looks on the photos, only air con in main bedroom and lounge, kitchen well equipment but a bit tired and plenty of English tv channels. main issue it is definately not a 1 minute walk to the beach- 5 minutes through gardens and down steps- Steps being main issue, almost 160 of them to go up and down every time you wanted to head to town. My wife has a bit of a bad knee and really struggled to do them more than once a day

It was a lovely stay, the apartment was very big (much bigger than the pictures show!) Was a very nice complex with beautiful scenery, lots of steps but everywhere in Nerja is hilly so to be expected. Swimming pool was lovely and the beach ..... busy!!

Superb location

Really enjoyed our stay, superb location in Neeja for access to Burianna beach and its restaurants and bars..Great air conditioning through out partner which was well needed during our stay. Great slestion of towels for both the bathroom and pool / beach. Pool with cafe and snack bar is very handy if you want to avoid the beach. Only con would be the apartment is a little tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint to liven it up. Overall I would highly recommend.

Amazing Experience

We had an incredible time in Nerja in this condo was the perfect stay for us. It’s location to the beach. The view and amenities were exactly as described. Alicia was the perfect host. Communication was thorough and timely. Provided recommendations where to go to shop and eat. We left here to go to Marbella for our final three days of our trip in Spain and I wish I had stayed here instead for the remainder.

Amazing rental!

We had the absolute best stay at this rental! The owner checked in with us before, during and after to make sure everything was going well. The condo itself was so roomy and comfortable - it felt like home away from home. The location and view (especially to other units at the complex) are unbeatable. We wish we would have booked a couple days more. So relaxing! If and when we come back to Nerja, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Wonderful view to the beach, comfortable accommodation

Slightly dated but very comfortable apartment. We stayed for 2 weeks and had easy access to the beach and restaurants via steps through gardens. Very easy access to the communal pool. A private free garage provided covered parking for our car. Street parking was also available. Alicia quickly dealt with any issues we had. Enjoyed many nights on the terrazzo enjoying the view and food sourced from 2 close excellent supermarkets. Wonderful stay.

Lovely view and nice property but with issues.

The property was quite nice although it was damp, especially for the second half of the stay when the weather was terrible. The second bedroom gets no sun and the bedding always felt damp and cold.One of the slats on a bed fell off and there were exposed wires on one plug.Check in was ok but rushed and no English was used.The kitchen cabinet included some items which were nearly 10 years old, so I cleared it out. No cleaning products, such as toilet cleaner or polish, were provided.The recliner and the chair on the balcony were rusty and unusable. They need throwing away and replacing.The toilet seat in the main bathroom is loose and needs repairing.Anyone who has mobility issues should be aware of the steps down to the beach. It’s a nice walk but there are 150 steps in total.A car is quite important although I imagine parking in the summer season might be difficult. Spaces are very tight.It’s a nice apartment but does require some updating and the dampness and musty smells were not good.

Very comfortable apartment with fantastic sea view

We had a fantastic time in Alicia's apartment. It is clean, cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The terrace is very large and sunny. It was easy to find a parking place nearby the apartment. We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Renovierungsbedürfdig in allen Räumen

Tolle parkähnliche Anlage in Strandnähe, super Blick auf's Meer, schöner Strand mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Über 158 Stufen ist man in 7 Minuten am Strand und in 15 min. in Nerja. Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bei unserer Ankunft leider sehr schmutzig. Es roch in fast jedem Raum nach Schimmel, auch in den Bädern bzw Dusche ist der Schimmel sichtbar. Alles in Allem war es trotz dieser Umstände ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub.

Un auténtico vergel mirando al mar

El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización maravillosa, muy bien cuidada, limpia y tranquila. El piso es muy aprovechable, acogedor, cómodo y bien dotado para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, con una terraza impresionante con vistas al mar. Sus dos cuartos de baño cumplen con creces su función, la señal de wifi funciona perfectamente, y el aire acondicionado no se necesitó en ningún momento porque el piso resulta muy fresco. Se puede encontrar aparcamiento con facilidad. El camino a la playa de Burriana atravesando la urbanización solo lleva 5 minutos, eso sí, tiene más de 150 escalones, pero merece la pena porque es precioso. Caminando hasta el centro de Nerja son unos 15 minutos, y la localidad es preciosa.

We highly recommend Alicia's lovely two bedroom condo. Fabulous sea/beach views from everywhere. Steps away from the sea, terrific restaurants, Burriana beach. We stayed a week and hope to return soon.

Amazing terrace views

This villa has everything you need ! And more ! The views from the terrace of the beach and sea are to die for ! Communication with Alicia was great ! However if you have young children or have difficulty with steps ! There are lot down to the beach and up to the pool ! The villa is older as I expected from photos. It was a shame it did have a musty smell which I assume was from being empty for a while but every day we aired each room and that helped. It could do with a freshen up of paint maybe inside and a new shower curtain in second bathroom and bedroom curtains a wash to freshen. Just a few small things would make a huge difference and that’s why I gave a 4 star for cleanliness . Otherwise the property was clean and tidy just a bit dated . Hopefully this is taken as constructive criticism .The complex itself was stunning with amazing gardens turtles in the ponds ducks wandering around and a beautiful pool area. Hopefully the suggestions go down well as I feel this would really maximise its potential. Thank you Alicia for having us

February Get Away

We especially enjoyed the ocean views and large kitchen. We had a rental car which was handy. Parking spaces here are extremely tight, so I don’t recommend a big car. The place is user friendly and host is very good about communicating.

Beautiful Apartment with a great sea view

We stayed here for 4 nights and were very comfortable as a family of 4 with young children. They loved the location and the beautiful walk to the beach past ponds, waterfalls, and magical gardens, with lots of wildlife to spot along the way. The apartment is well equipped and clean. We would recommend anyone to stay and will one day be back again.

tout était parfait,bel appartement,confort cuisine super bien équipée,seul souci acces a la plage par les escaliers 220 jusqu a la porte de notre appartement ,possibilité d y aller en voiture ,faire tout le tour jusqu a l entrée de la ville et au retour difficulté a trouver 1 parking prés de l appartement!!

Très belle situation

Appartement bien situé vue mer de la terrasse magnifique.l accès plage par les jardins est très agréable et l ensemble de la propriété est parfaitement entretenue. Nerja .. Beautiful view.. great location for Burriana Beach

The grounds of the development are wonderfully cared for and beautiful. The property was just as listed. We enjoyed the beautiful apartment views from the balcony. It was a great location to access the beach, shops and many restaurants. We were 3 friends ( 60-70) that are fit and active... many stairs to the beach but places to rest. Alicia( hostess) provided great recommendations and good communication. Thank you

Beautiful Nerja with outstanding view

The grounds of the development are wonderfully cared for and beautiful. The property as described. Our group are fit active people and found the climb from the beach to the apartment changeling.

Amazing location and nice host

The property fully lives up to the expectations you get from the pictures. We loved the walk down to the beach where you pass into botanical garden like surroundings with a waterfall and turtles in the water and beautiful plants. The beach of Nerja is beautiful and one of the best beaches we have experienced in the Malaga area.
