"Fantastic property - our family of 5 from the US stayed at this property and it was really perfect. Nice setting and very private after spending a few days in Rome. We enjoyed the pool and spectacular views and the house was very charming, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and made check in very easy. Highly recommend. Mike"

"wir waren rundum zufrieden, und fühlten uns sehr wohl auf dem Grundstück von Emanuela und Ihrer Familie. Metro und Supermarkt sind sehr nah und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. "From the kindness of the owners, to the beautiful property this stay was amazing. We got lost on our way in and ended up dropping at a random gas station - the property owner was amazing and came and found us and lead us in. Our Internet went out and the owners were so helpful in guiding us on how to possibly resolve it and then offered to reimburse any cost associated. It was incredible. They offered support on local 'things to do' and made themselves fully available to us throughout the stay...

The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. "The hotel has a parking onsite which was convenient for us. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good as well. Only issue we had was that one staff from the restaurant didn’t treat us kindly when one of our family member didn’t have appetite to eat but wanted to stay with our family group to accompany us and talk. This staff said it was prohibited for him to enter the restaurant and if he wanted to stay with the group, we had to sit outside the restaurant so she can monitor him. We understood the situation but the way she treated him made us felt like he was unwelcome, as if he wasn’t a hotel guest."
