Very easy to check in. Clean room, very nice facilities

Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.

Clean, very convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants. Just 10 min walk from train station with trains to Milan. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. If you do not want stay in a big crowded city and be close to everything at the same time, then this is the best choice.

Excellent value for money. Corridors etc are bare but rooms are stylish and comfortable. Good restaurant with friendly staff who care, good food (huge portions) and a small roof terrace and large bar area. Convenient for Fiera (1 stop on train) and Milan (20 mins). Lots of trains. Small picky points. Its about 300-400 meters from the station (no taxi) so not for lots of luggage unless you arrive by car. Rho is dumpy and not much for nightlife bit the hotel is great for a couple of nights....

We stayed in five different hotels during our trips and Atahotel is the best one. The room is spacious. The facility, the whole hotel is very new and big. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. There is no public transportation right outside of hotel, but the hotel provides free shuttle to the nearest subway station, which is about 5 min drive.

Very nice and very convenient for early travel

starting with the doorman and going on to the cheerful welcome by Clizia at the front desk, it became quite clear that everyone who works here is carefully chosen for the ability to pamper the clients. Annalisa at the lounge, Fabrezio at the concierge desk were both notable in the friendliness. this hotel will be my go-to hotel if i return to Milan

About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan

Super friendly, very clean, excelent location, very close to all major highways.

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos. Walking to train station easily.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

The Viu Hotel is a 40 minute walk to Duomo and city center, but can be easily accessible with all day metro pass good for the bus, subway and rail tram at 4.5 Euros. You can take the number 12 or 14 tram directly from the hotel (1/2 block away) to Duomo and city center and return. Two and 1/2 blocks away is tram number 10 which will take you to centrale or the main central railway station. From central railway station you can go to Malpense Airport (MXP) or catch the Sunshine Bus to Linate...

Beautiful hotel! Super nice suites high tech very clean tasty breakfast nice garden restaurant very friendly & helpful staff!! Each and every one there was smiling and made our stay special ! Will definitely go back & enjoy this new hidden luxury hotel in Milan

The hotel is beautiful. Large rooms. Clean and most importantly clean showers. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The VIP access option is only good if you are parking a car on premises. Location is great, near tons of restaurants and shops. Only downfall is the trolley makes noise that you hear. Great hotel for families.

This is our 3rd time staying here. Great location, staff go above and beyond. And this weekend they are opening a small bistro which will be great for pre dinner drinks or a light lunch, I’ll tell you once we’ve scoped it.

The MIlan Suite hotel is a quiet hotel in a quiet neighbourhood and is a short 10min walk to the Villapizzone train station. There is also a bus stop right near the hotel that can take you to the city center in around 15mins. Staff are very friendly and check-in was very fast. It was very nice to find a bottle of red wine and some snacks and chocolate biscuits waiting for us when we arrived in the room, which were all complementary.
