"The host was very kind, welcoming by leaving our keys out despite of the late check in and holiday, and the property itself was nicely maintained. We appreciated the hospitality and could tell there was effort put into making guests feel comfortable. Since there were no staff available during our stay due to the holiday, it was thoughtful that they left the closet open with extra sheets and towels in case guests needed anything, which we appreciated. However, there were a few things that made our stay more challenging than expected. I didn’t realize beforehand that the property was located in a fairly remote area, which made getting around a little more difficult than anticipated. Since there were no staff present because of the holiday, it also felt a bit isolating at times if assistance had been needed. Although we were able to lock our room door, we didn’t feel completely secure because the main entrance doors were left open overnight. This made us a little uneasy from a safety standpoint. Additionally, there was a noticeable musky smell that became somewhat bothersome during our stay and affected overall comfort. Overall, the host was kind and accommodating, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the stay. With clearer expectations about the remote location, improvements to ventilation, and more attention to building security, the experience could be even better."

"High ceilings, walkable location, and very quiet. The only thing of note is that you MUST register online for your key code prior to arrival but you never receive a notification of that code. You must dig for it using the same link you used to register (makes it seem like an incomplete process) just keep digging into the registration process until you see the link for your itinerary and you will find it"

"The hotel rooms and bed are smaller compared to the IHG hotel’s Stateside. There is no microwave or iron/iron board in the rooms. The bathroom felt very tight. There were no face towels. I recommend bringing your own. The breakfast was fresh and great. There are no water fountains in the lobby area. I guess it was good for the European standard. "
