"This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies...

"This place photographs a bit better than it actually is, especially the bathroom. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I didn't even want to get in the tub. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and kept that way. In bedroom there is only one curtain panel per window rather than the 2 per window, a savings that makes the room look cheap. The living room and kitchenette were fine. The location is close to park and looks like the neighborhood is improving"

"Home was very clean and well kept. Nice kitchen and living area. Beds were ok. Only problem was the 4th bedroom is outside. It is part of the patio that has been enclosed. We had to leave the back door unlocked in case that person had to come in to use the bathroom at night. And you would get wet if it was raining. Host came over to help unlock everything when the first of our party got there and was very helpful! Would stay there again if we only needed 3 bedrooms."

"This cottage was just perfect. It is beautiful, so very clean, safe and peaceful. We loved that it was decorated for Christmas. The owners are kind and close by if you need them. We didn't need anything because they've thought of everything! Although my husband and I love animals, I'm allergic to dander. It is getting harder to find a rental ( VRBO or hotel ) that doesn't allow pets. I'm thankful we found this one and we would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at 5 nights while in Memphis for a visit with my son and his family. I wanted to give them space but be close by and this was the perfect place for me - it was quiet, safe, comfortable, bed was great, internet was fast and had all the conveniences I needed. I was able to have food on hand for stacks, dried out my clothes when I got caught in the rain and was able to work part of the time.
