"The description said there was breakfast, private bathroom, kitchen, free water, and no curfew. None of this was provided or was true. They locked the gate at night and we were locked in till 9 am. This is a major fire safety hazard. The common area was being used as a restaurant. Guests were made to feel we were nuisance. I spoke with other guests that felt that the same way.
