"Easy access to walk everywhere. It accomodated our needs for a weekend getaway. Great that we could bring our pups! We arrived in town several hours sooner than expected though, and had to wait until check in time for access. They syated that the unit wasn't ready. However, we could see that no one was in the unit cleaning, and no one showed up to prepare it while we were waiting to check in. I would have been willing to pay an early check in fee so that we had access. That was the only bummer....

"While this is not a walk to the beach kinda place, it was lovely being up above it all in the trees with a fantastic view of the waves and water. Could still hear the surf and slept well - though it should be noted getting into such a tall bed was challenging. And it is a walk up to the main floor. Even so, comfy place that we would stay again. Great low key coastal location too, close to lots of great hiking and beaches."

"Ultimately, would definitely book again! We had good communication and ease of checking in/out. No major issues throughout our stay. Had a little bout with a neighborhood kiddo putting mud on our rental car handles but luckily it went no further than that. Loved the decor, had all the amenities listed and that are needed especially when you’re not trying to eat out every day. Less than 5-min to the beach! "This place is super cute. We loved being so close to everything. We could walk to everything on the main road in Depot Bay."

"Overall my fiancé and I loved this place! I will say the photos are quite different then what it currently looks like. There are no longer the bunk beds, we didn’t have access to the bikes also but this wasn’t a big deal. We loved how close this was to the beach, and how homey it felt. My only complaints would be that the indoor fire place would immediately trigger the fire alarm, so we opted to not use it. "We loved our stay, especially the cozy cabin feel, the woodstove, the private woodsy setting, and of course the back deck with view! Driveway is super steep (as previously noted) and stairs to house are a bit of a workout (which we didn't mind but some might). Dining chairs are wobbly and couldn't be tightened. House was nice and clean but could use overall deep clean. Definitely would stay again!"
