This dog-friendly, oceanview Neskowin condo puts you right on the beach and in the middle of the action. With easy access, golfing just a short walk away, and the beach in your backyard, you may never want to leave.

Step outside and feel the sand squish between your toes, or take a stroll to enjoy local attractions, activities, and dining options.

Sea views and crashing waves will welcome you into your beachfront escape. Kick back on the couch and flip through the cable channels, or make it a movie night with a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV.

Connect to the WiFi to send off that last work email. Lounge on your private patio with a nice glass or wine while you watch the waves roll in.

The fully equipped, galley-style kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Keep everyone fueled up and on the go with the electric range, toaster, and coffee maker. Let the dishwasher do the clean up while you head back out onto the patio to enjoy the sunset.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo can easily play host to up to seven guests and two canine companions for a small nightly pet fee. In the master bedroom you'll find a soft king-size bed, patio access, and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed along with a twin-size bed for more sleeping options. If you need more space there is a sofabed available as well.

This condo is amazing. Right on the beach with access within walking distance. Super quiet, we neighbors on all sides that we never heard. Place is decorated super cute and the kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you can think of.

Sweet condo!

We visit the Oregon coast every year. This was by far the best place we've stayed in. The condo was nice, very roomy and decorated super cute. Beds were soooo comfortable. The view could not be beat, right on the surf, with a nice little green belt. Nice and quiet with just a short 10 minute drive to town.

Amazing Stay

From the moment I walked in, I was captured by the views of the ocean. I figured the weather would be temperamental so wanted a way to enjoy the beach without always being on the beach. Also, I did a lot of cooking since I'm on a specific food plan and the kitchen had just about everything I needed. The decor is beautiful and the bed was comfortable. No noise from neighbors. Excellent!

Amazing!

We usually stay in the Neskowin or Lincoln City area when we come to the coast, which is annually and usually multiple times a summer. This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. The beach access is a little steep. We have a nine month old it it was a little worrisome getting her old own there but we did ok! Amazing view, great place!

Anniversary Getaway

So. I actually had to cancel my trip do to overbooking, but my wife and her cousin went. They both really enjoyed this place for the location (next to ocean) and the layout of the cottage. The wife said that we are going back to this place next year for our anniversary. I also selected this place because they allow pets, since I didn't go neither did our dog, but to even have that option was awesome.

Beautiful sunsets out the door

This is a little jewel of a place. Incredible beachfront location (and the beach is uncrowded and beautiful), a nice, updated condo perfect for families, comfortable beds, and pretty much all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. The location is great too—you’re easily able to take day trips in any direction, while the town of Neskowin is quiet and not overrun with people. The only downsides: no room darkening ability so it’s very light in the mornings; no cookie sheets/baking pans in the kitchen so bring those along if you’ll need them. We will definitely look to book here again!

Amazing view

The weather wasn't great but the view was wonderful. Very comfortable accommodation. Had some trouble with lockbox but was resolved with manager. The kitchen could use a few more supplies like saran wrap, paper napkins, tablecloth or placemats. Kleenix should be supplied and there was a total of 3 hangers in all of the closets! It would be nice if the rugs near the beds had non-skid bottoms. We do look forward to staying here again.

Our favorite place!

I want to say our experience was horrible, so we can keep this a hidden gem, but it was great! This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time, a couple years ago, I got a little food poisoning from a restaurant in Lincoln City and spent two of our 3 days in bed and on the couch. But I remember both being very comfortable! Still are! The place is very clean and all the beds are so comfortable! Interior is fairly updated. No complaints on quality of the furniture, it was all in good shape. We like that the floors are tile and not gross old carpet like some other units we’ve stayed in in the same complex. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls and the knives need a good sharpening. Nothing that really hindered our stay in any way. It’s a great place!

Some attention to The Basics highly suggested

This property with its unbeatable ocean views at our favorite Oregon Coast location is very nice overall. However, we all agreed that a little attention to some amenities and overall property maintenance are in order. Maintenance issues: mildewed caulking in street side bathroom, main bathroom had a loose toilet seat and loose faucet handle; towel rack was hanging off the wall. Dining room chair is missing part of the back support. Kitchen: plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. pretty adequate knives! Woefully lacking in the number of plates, bowls, mugs and glassware available given the potential number of guests allowed. No placemats. One little kitchen towel! One teensy plastic cutting surface! Empty pepper grinder. No salt in the salt shaker. Bedrooms: No extra blankets. Need some layers available for fall and winter stays! We vacation at Neskowin annually and have always appreciated dealing with a rapidly responsive in person locally present management company. We contacted Vacasa and were told via email that we should procure any required items ourselves and then bill Vacasa. We did purchase a plastic cutting board, peppercorns and three kitchen towels and will be submitting an invoice. I really did not want to spend my limited time at the beach shopping for basics for this not “discount” vacation rental! We would suggest that someone should take a trip to the Lincoln City Outlet Mall to purchase plates, glassware, utensils and kitchen towels. Maintenance needs to address the issues mentioned. This is a sweet little condo and it would be ever so much nicer with some attention to details and a little TLC!

Relaxing spot with beach access

Neskowin is a lovely little town and this condo is in a perfect spot with good beach access and beautiful views. Private parking, walking distance to the local coffee and convenience shop as well as the town restaurant. Easy drive to Pacific City or Lincoln City if you’re looking for more activities and it’s wonderful to return to the cozy home to unwind on the patio.

Great location but needs some improvement in the home.

Again great location however there was no home manual to explain things like how the TV works and other important information. We didn't have TV for 3 days. We like our game shows but it was stuck on Fox News, which is our personal hell. The sheets on the bed were very rough and hard to sleep on. Of course the location is fantastic because neskowin is the best little town on the Oregon coast.

Wonderful stay at a reasonable price

The view is amazing, of course. The home was more spacious than I anticipated from just seeing pictures. We had 2 couples and one child and it was very comfortable for us. Of course any property has its quirks but we enjoyed our two night stay and would stay again and even for a longer stay.

New to neskowin

It was a lovely place with an amazing view! Unfortunately the toilet was running upon arrival. It was fixed within an hour. It unfortunately, it wasn’t the cleanest place. But the view and location made up for everything. I brought my dog and there wasn’t any information or extra supplies for her (rags for desanding, information about a house outside to rinse her off, and where to place poop bags). Overall, loved the stay (with the exception that neskowin was socked in for 2 days) - the view is amazing from inside and the outside sitting area and the town is quirky and adorable.

Great Stay!!

Can't beat this location right off the beach. Nothing fancy but very adequate. Wish there were some blackout curtains in the bedrooms but small issue for a nice place. Thanks for the visit!

Neskowin Winner!!!

The photos of this place doesn’t do it justice. The condo is right on the beach with ocean views out of both oversized sliding glass doors onto a private patio.The kitchen has everything you might need—- and more. Provisions market is on the property— making meals a breeze— with amazing wine selection, pastries, and ready to heat meals. We will definitely come back!

Amazing view, generally clean except for the kitchen

The view was absolutely beautiful and a great location on the Oregon Coast. The house is generally clean (bedrooms, bedding, living area, towels, bathrooms) however the kitchen is not as clean. The drawers are filled with dust and dirt that has collected over time and the dishwasher is in very poor condition (to the point where you cannot use it). I would love to stay here again, but just be mindful that the dishwasher does not work and you may need to clean the utensils, etc.. before using.

Beautiful setting

This is a lovely location in a pleasant sweet town. The back was especially comfortable with 4 Adirondack chairs and a bistro table for two. The lawn before the boulders made for especially pleasant evenings. The grounds a well planted and maintained with an on site caretaker. As all coastal property experiences there is rust and some mold in door tracks and dishwasher. The master bed was uncomfortably soft but towels and bathrooms were fresh and clean. Nothing like the roar of the ocean. There are many beach access points down flats boulders or sand gradual walk within 2 blocks. Golf is always a plus in Neskowin and did not disappoint. The town is very dog friendly. We enjoyed drafts after golf and a good pizza at Hawk Crest on our arrival night. I would bring in future more kitchen towels and again bring my electric tea kettle and my own cutting board.

Disappointed

The floors on the unit were not clean. We tried to vacuum but it was so clogged with dirt that it would not pickup anything. Flat surfaces were clean but there was a layer of dust on everything else. Someone had written dust me on a thick layer of dust on a TV box. The dishwasher was full of mold so we had to wash dishes by hand. The range burner bans were filthy, rusty, and disintegrating. We did not think it was safe to use the burners. An exhaust fan did not work in one bathroom and the heater did not work in the other - it just made a loud buzzing noise when turned on. A towel rack fell down in a bathroom. The furniture was not a good as most rentals we have stayed in during past vacations. We reported all this to Vacasa and hope they fix these problems before renting this unit to other unsuspecting people that relied on misleading positive reviews. We have not intention to ever rent this unit again. If there are questions I have photos to document most of these issues.

Beachfront beauty

We have stayed in this condo several times and will come back again and again. The condo has everything we need for a delightful stay. Neskowin is my favorite beach getaway and Pacific Sands is well taken care of and has the best location.
