A great stay

Great self-catering accommodation. Clean and tidy apartment with kitchen diner, shower room and bedroom. There's a nice pool and you can buy drinks etc from the reception. A short walk along the main road to the beach, which means it's away from the noise of the main area, but still close to all amenities. All in all a great stay.

The shower floor was broken but other than that very calm and nice place. No loud kids. One con was it being on top of a big hill so if you want a very relaxing vacation without extra sweat be ready to take taxi haha. It’s not horrible but in the heat it can be sweaty

The owner was very arrogant, there was a spider’s nest in the room, we left there covered in bites, internet didn’t work for a second in nine days, the location is on the top of a hill, unpaved full of potholes and very dusty, very far from the beach… I don’t recommend it in any circumstances!!!

Very good, nice apartment with 2 bedrooms,enough place for 6 persons, first floor is the best with nice terrace, clean pool, quiet place far from the very crowded Sunny Beach, free parking nearby, not far from the beach, very good service at the restaurant. Supermarket not far away. Something should be done with the road which is dusty and full of rocks (but this is probably the authorities'fault). And staff should be more careful with cleaning the sheets and rooms and more discrete with counting the knifes and forks at the end of stay.

Sijainti rauhallisella paikalla. Kuitenkin vain kävelymatkan päässä rannasta ja linja-auto- sekä taksiasemalta.Lähiympäristössä useampia ruokatavarakauppoja. Schöne Anlage in Strandnähe

Der zugebuchte Transfair vom Flughafen zur Anlage war kostengünstig, pünktlich und sehr freundlich, ebenso die Ankunft. Der Chef der Anlage spricht Deutsch und hat freundliches Personal. Die Appartements sind der Größe nach in Ordnung, der Wasserablauf in der Dusche ist (verbesserungswürdig :-) ) Strand ca. 800m fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind allerdings mit dem Buss zum Sonnenstrand gefahren. Auch das dazugebuchte Frühstück war einfach nur lecker. ALSO RUNDUM EIN GELUNGENER KURZURLAUB: :-)

There's Honestly not much going for this place, it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Our room was TERRIBLE!! The air conditioner did not work, the fridge did not work, the toaster did not work, the shower leaked through the whole bathroom, the bed which we were told by Expedia was suppose to be a king, was nothing but an old stained double which was very hard on the back and had springs poking out in several spots. The one staff member was no help at all, even tried to get a taxi one time and she said she didn't have the number for it, I wasn't impressed!!! Don't waste your time with this hotel/appartment complex, there is much nicer on over around the same price. Horrible 1/10!!!!

Lovely stay, especially for the cost!

Absolutely loved it here! The apartments were like brand new, facilities were excellent and everywhere was so clean! Pool area was lovely and quiet and you never struggled getting a sunbed. Food is served in the hotel bar and is of a good quality, drinks are also a reasonable price with a 500ml bottle of beer costing 2.50 lev. There are a few returants a short walk away from the apartment complex but it is well and truly away from all the hustle and bustle of sunny beach. However, I did walk to sunny beach everyday and it only takes around 20 mins and is a lovely walk especially in the evening sun! Only a short distance away from the beach and local supermarkets. The only downside is the gravel hill you have to walk up to reach the complex, which can be quite difficult especially in the dark however, you shouldn't let this put you off! Me and my boyfriend are already thinking about coming back next year as we enjoyed ourselves so much :)

Lovely and peaceful stay near Sunny Beach

We stayed at New Line Village for three nights. We wanted to enjoy the Sunny Beach in a quiet and pleasant location a bit further away from all the hustle and bustle. The place was exactly what we looked for and the customer service at the desk was super nice. Please notice that this is not a hotel but an apartmentos. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Mysigt hotell

Helheten var kanonbra, blandade åldersgrupper, barnfamiljer, ungdomar och äldre. Ett litet hotell så stämningen blev familjär. Bra personal och dom hade ett bra utbud av mat.

Elendig beliggenhet, langt fra alt, dårlig uasfaltert veier. Trege personal, enkel frokosten tok evighet å servere og dårlig restaurant. Liten basseng. Vi bodde tidligere på Pollo Resort, kan ikke sammenlignes, var mye bedre i absolutt alt.
