The proximity to the Bavarian royal palaces make the valley a worthwhile destination in every season. Between the 2,000 m high Krinnenspitze and the bizarre rock formations of Gimpel-Rot Flüh, Nesselwängle presents itself close to the Haldensee at 1147 m above sea level. Nesselwängle is a romantic mountain village in the Tannheimertal.
