Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry...
