"We really enjoyed our stay here. Checking in was automated and was quick, the machine prints out your keys. The hotel was very secure you need a key to get through the front door and access to elevator. The room had space for 4 people, but not much room for our luggages or storage for 4. The location was good, theres a grocery right across that closes at 11pm and several more within 5-10min walk. We especially love the kitchen amenities, being able to warm up leftover foods was awesome especially with food allergy issues so we were thankful for the kitchen. We also enjoyed the TV room downstairs with books and some board games, i just wished the room was bigger so more guests can hang out. Also, there were no soap or shampoo in the bathroom but they do provide it upon request. What I especially loved is the ability to store our luggages after we checked out. This was very helpful because our train was scheduled at 10pm so this gave us a chance to explore the city more before leaving. We also rented a car and there is a parking garage within a 3 min. walk. I would definitely stay at this place again. I hope all Citybox locations offers the luggage storage as well. The location was a short 10min walk to the train station. The employee inside the office was very nice and helpful in answering all my questions. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend especially if you want to save on food expenses."
