"The location is very good, but that’s where it ends. The property is so run down it should be classified as un-inhabitable. The carpets are filthy, the walls are peeling off and the elevator smells really bad. The Sabbath elevator runs all night on Friday evening and stops at every floor. The door rattles and I could not sleep a wink all night. I was embarrassed to stay at this place. "We needed a place close to a concert we went to Ceseray so we chose Netanya. Only needed a place for tonight but we were surprised all that big comfortable room and the beautiful Beach front view. We were so ended up having breakfast in the hotel and the stuff was super welcoming and friendly. We didn't expect much but we can definitely recommend this place. The location was perfect for us , it was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. Overall great experience. "
