"Great location but amenities are basic. Prices at the lobby cafe are ridiculous and not worth what you get in return. We paid 21 ILS for a coffee that was below par and not to mention the wine we got. Very clean, great location, but probably not the best value for money ."

"Loved the Staff. They were very nice and accommodating and supportive considering the war that started with Iran. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Pool area was nice to have, and the pool snack area was nice. The beach was completely closed off because the breakwaters were being constructed. Would have been nice if they had tour availabilities within the hotel. Dinner was only twice a week. Laundry service was not available. Rooms were pretty clean but needed attention when I checked in. Would definitely stay again! Oren and Alina were absolutely helpful with any needs I had and very nice! "

"The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time. We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star. "
