"We loved the quick beach access and convenience of having a fenced yard for small children to safely play. The good: proximity to beach and town, individual apartments for families, bunk beds in a few apartments, a place to gather in one apartment, two picnic tables outside. The not-so-good: plumbing issues, damaged furniture, WiFi doesn't extend to all units, we ran out of toilet paper! And the updating that has been done does not look like a professional did the work. They did seem pretty clean when we arrived, although we found some things that didn’t belong to us in a couple places. "We loved this quirky and charming property! Perfect for our little group and two dogs. The two adjoining bedrooms were perfect for us and our daughter. Kitchen was great, and plenty of space in the dining area and living room for meals and playing games. TVs and WiFi were great. Nearest beach was lovely and steps away and the hot tub was perfect at the end of a long day. We loved that it was dog friendly with a fenced in yard! Looking forward to booking again sometime for a longer stay!"
