"We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. "We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...

"Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this...

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee...

"Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway."

Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen."

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "
