Loved our stay here. The staff both evening and morning were so kind and helpful. They helped us with the luggage, taxi and everything we needed. The room was great, the air conditioning was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

We booked 2 rooms. The one was really noisy due too some mistake with the aircon. The other the shower was stopped so water couldn’t run out and the was leaking water from the toilet on the floor. Otherwise the hotel was quite nice. The breakfast was good. Maybe we where just unlucky

Room wasnt the cleanest, you can see the dirt on the fur iture, on the floor and under the bed. There were old hairs on the floor Ac didnt work Staff however was very nice and friendly Parking was 12 euros which wasnt bad either

The hotel decor was fixed up very nice. Good location too My first room the AC didn’t work and it was very hot. To their credit they moved me to another room on the top floor. It was so noisy from a rattling vibrating fan or pump going off literally every two minutes I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to sleep

The plaza is located just steps away from the shores of the Danube river. It is also 15 minute walk from Ulm central station (ubf). Als few minutes walk from the famous cathedral and old town.

Hotel Is very pretty, nicely decorated and very tasteful Location was very good, near the river walk and excellent parking lots. The room was newly renovated and beautiful, very comfortable for three people. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the short walk to the river and city. Safe area to walk at night.
