"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "Our stay at Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof was excellent. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many of Vienna’s main attractions, cafés, and shopping areas. While we found the Superior Room a little compact for our preferences, we upgraded to a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and well worth it. A special thank you to Mr. Lang, who was extremely helpful and professional in arranging the upgrade. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference to our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality items. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on a future visit to Vienna."

"Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep! Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around smoking (one of my pet peeves in European Cities is that people can smoke where you eat) Can highly recommend The Harmione!"

"The hotel and staff were great. We probably would have liked a little busier street with more options for shopping or dining. Luckily they weren't too terribly far away. We took the breakfast option and it was a great way to start the day with many choices. They also offered candies, pastries, teas, and apples 24 hours a day in the lobby. There is a small bar offering limited alcohol choices. Over all we liked it a lot and would recommend it as a good choice."
