"Fantastiskt hotell i hög standard både rum och restaurang. Rent och fräscht med hjälpsam personal. Restaurangen med italiensk mat var otrolig, likaså fantastisk frukost! Inomhuspool var perfekt när man har badsugna barn."

"Nice hotel, probably the best location in Wismar if you want to stay close to the sea. You will need a car or take a bus to go to the city center. If you book a single room you will get pretty small room with a single bed, consider to book a double room if you need a bit more space. Breakfast was very good! Staff very nice."

"Mit der Unterkunft war alles top. Zimmer sauber, schönes Ambiente, sehr ruhige Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbüfett war lecker und umfangreich. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Einzig Mittagessen und Abendessen ist schwierig. Das "Weiße Ross" auf dem Gelände bietet nur 5 Gerichte an. Im Ort gibt es keine anderen Restaurants, was heißt, das man fahren muss. Wählt man Halbpension gibt es andere Gerichte, aber soweit wir gesehen haben, ohne Wahlmöglichkeiten."

"For the price that we paid it should have been a five star. It Waqas more like a 3 star. The food in the restaurant was ok. Nothing to rave about. I alway head that staying in a castle was amazing well this was just ok. Kind Regards, Suzy"

"our room was nice enough, we paid for an upgraded room with a separate living room. It was nice and spacious as was the bathroom. The problem is mainly for dinner service they don't have enough staff. All we tried to do was get a pizza and it took an inordinate amount of time and we were really tired and hungry, eventually finally getting our pizza at about 940, eating at by 10 and going straight to bed afterward, which wasn't an enjoyable experience. they would only let you order à la carte...

"Das Personal vor Ort war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt phantastisch und wir haben unseren auf Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Erfahrung mit Expedia hingegen... Abgebener Aufpreis für Haustiere stimmt nicht, nötige Informationen zum late check in wurden nicht an die Unterkunft weiter gegeben. Daraufhin wollte ich im Chat meine Email Adresse übermitteln, diese wurde unkenntlich gemacht (für mich in dem Moment nicht ersichtlich). Katastrophaler, bzw nicht vorhandener Service...
