"Die gebuchte Unterkunft ist ein Schlafplatz, aber keine Ferienwohnung. Die gebuchten drei Zimmer gab es nicht. Es gab zwei Zimmer, eines davon hat nicht mal eine TĂŒr und man kriegt jedes GerĂ€usch aus dem Haus mit, zudem ist dieses Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad. Das angeblich dritte Zimmer ist nur ein Bett, dass durch einen Vorhang vom weiteren Schlafzimmer abgetrennt ist. In keinem der Schlafzimmer kann man die Fenster ordentlich verdunkeln. "Our stay was lovely at hotel Victoria, the reception staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Sometimes being a person of colour in Europe can be daunting but the hotel and Basel in general felt safe. Only slight feedback I would have is for cleaning, some used plates , mugs etc were not removed or cleaned and rubbish was not taken from the room ( we have accumulated it in a bag and placed it next to the dustbin as all of it would not fit in the bin). Bed and bathroom was cleaned so that was no problem. "
