I can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Nice massage with lady from Jamaica and lovely pool. Btw, best ice cream right across the street!"

The access to the thermal bath was very convenient and we appreciated the robes and extra towels . The staff was delightful especially G at the front desk !"

"The staff was awesome and the location very convenient. The graphiti on the exterior building walls in the neighbourhood was a little unsettling however, the neighbourhood was very safe to walk in day or night. The the opportunity to walk to the Karlsruhe Zoo as it is well worth it."

"Great central location. I parked on the street for free at Ludwig Wilhelm Strabe. This is free parking with no time limits and is a straight flat 10 minute walk to the hotel. If you walk through the gardens it will take a little longer but is a beautiful walk. The reception guy was very friendly as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast buffet was great. Cold meats, cheese, vegetables, fruit, cereal and bread. Also hot eggs and sausages, coffee, tea and juices. My room was suitable for my needs of a single night stay. It was very hot, the day I stayed it was about 32° and the room was hotter. The fan could do with replacing as although it worked you could not feel the benefit unless you stood right in front of it. The room had a fridge which was great as I was able to buy snacks and drinks from the supermarket, just 2 minutes away, and keep them cool in the fridge. There are bars and restaurants also within a 2 minute walk."
