"The reception was wonderful. The host couldn't have been nicer. The property was clean. The service was great. We enjoyed the terrific location. Downtown was easily walkable. Great bar next door. There were a few issues. We are older, in order utilize the property QR code needed to be downloaded. I was unable to connect to the WiFi one evening, this was confusing. I wasn't able to call the front desk because it was on the QR code. There could have been more towel racks in the...

"Lovely room with views of the Rhine. Food mostly very good, fortunately so, since there isn’t much nearby for dining. Breakfast felt very expensive though it was good. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. We liked the option to have €5 back for each night for not having cleaning. There was some building work going on which shook the whole building rather early in the morning! I would stay again, however."
