"Reception desk is never staffed. When you get there, you are supposed to call a number, and then they will text you back. Room keys are in an unlocked box. If someone grabs your key, oh well. There is 1-2 staff there in the mornings to run the breakfast and clean rooms. If something goes wrong, and it is after hours, the person that texts back will tell you it is too late, and then tells you to cancel the booking.
