Interesting, clean, modernized features with old charm. It was a delightful experience. I wish I could have stayed even longer. I'll plan to return for another time to explore the Mosel River area.

Very clean room. Lots of space. Good breakfast. Could use some hooks/shelves in the bathrooms.

We stayed one night at this nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice, it seemed everybody spoke english. The room was clean and comfortable, not terribly luxurious but overall a good value for the money. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent.

The hotel is well located and the room was very nice with a good size. The staff was always very welcoming and helpful without hesitation. I would definitely repeat.

The staff and breakfast buffet were wonderful. A short walk to the river and lovely scenery all around. It was nice having a balcony off the room.

Pool and sauna were well decorated and pleasant.

Everything was excellent, breakfast A+!

Espectacular, todo muy bien. Calidad por todos lados. Vale la pena, repetiremos.

Really nice, quirky hotel. Polar bear theme is really cool. Room design is fun and very spacious room. Comfortable.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The check in was contact-less, which was a bit confusing for me, but worked out well. Parking was a bit difficult as there are limited spaces in front of the hotel. There is additional parking down by the river but we did not realize this when first getting there. I love this hotel so much. I want to come back. The staff is nice and the modern design of the rooms is really nice.

So friendly, so nice. Restaurant has excellent food with impecable service. Definitely returning next year for longer.

The entire staff was kind and friendly! I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!! And I hope to come back someday!!!

It was nice to have option of sitting out on balcony though it was only the residential view. Additionally a pleasant surprise to have air conditioning to bring the temperature down for cooler sleep.

This is a lovely, beautiful, sparkling hotel. The restaurant is great. Dinner was a bit of a surprise as there's a distinct Asian touch to many dishes. The breakfast buffet is one of the most extensive I've seen. The rooms are huge, bathroom large, everything is clean and stylish. I especially liked the common lounge area with chairs and honor wine bar. It's in a small town away from the Mosel, but looks out to the vineyards on the hillside. Staff is great. I can highly recommend this hotel.
