She was super helpful and always responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. The house left absolutely nothing to be desired. "Friendly staffs, cleanliness, good location, a one floor hotel with free onsite or off side street parkings. It would be great if the windows have dark curtain option for privacy since people maybe walking by on the sidewalk."

"The staff were very nice and accommodating! The building and room looked clean and well taken care of. The only negative that I already knew about is that you don't necessarily have easy access to Europa Park and the walk to the Park Entrance is very far since you are unable to use their onsite hotel entrance to access the park. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Rust!"

"Great and beautiful hotel for a short stay in Colmar for our family. Room was very spacious and squeaky clean with great amenities. The Old Town was only a short 10-minute walk away and very convenient to get to from the train station. Would highly recommend!"
