"Pros: Zeer net en mooi huis, waarin alles voorzien was. Fijne ontvangst door de verhuurders. Kippetjes waren een grote meerwaarde voor de kinderen. Heel fijn dat ze ze mochten eten geven. Dm en supermarkt op wandelafstand was heel aangenaam. Rheingärten in de buurt was ook hele fijne meerwaarde, als uitstap met de kinderen. "Die gebuchte Unterkunft ist ein Schlafplatz, aber keine Ferienwohnung. Die gebuchten drei Zimmer gab es nicht. Es gab zwei Zimmer, eines davon hat nicht mal eine Tür und man kriegt jedes Geräusch aus dem Haus mit, zudem ist dieses Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad. Das angeblich dritte Zimmer ist nur ein Bett, dass durch einen Vorhang vom weiteren Schlafzimmer abgetrennt ist. In keinem der Schlafzimmer kann man die Fenster ordentlich verdunkeln. "We enjoyed our stay. It is in the heart of town and the pedestrian area. It was hot weather (80 degrees). We had two rooms. One the air-conditioning works great and the other one the air-conditioning couldn’t keep up. We asked for a new room and got a room with great air conditioning. So if your room is warm when you check in ask for another room."

"if you want a youth hostel experience at hotel prices this is the place. The rooms are tiny and poorly ventilated, so must be very hot in high summer. The toilets and showers are shared in classic hostel style. I expect the hotel thinks the décor is quirky. The staff are friendly, but nothing can help this. Next time I'll stay in the Premier Inn!"

"On the whole, we were very happy with our stay here. However, there was one issue that caused us a problem in our apartment (306). Sometimes, there was a strong smell of sewerage on the upper floors but at other times it was ok. We couldn't work out if it was the drains or the air con. This was reported twice to reception and was acted upon both times but was never fully resolved."
