All year round, you have within the apartment a beautiful swimming pool of 6.5m X 3.5m and a depth of 1.4m. It is heated whatever the season between 30 and 31 ° C. You also have in the swimming pool a sitting area with air + water massage and a space for bubble massage. The swimming pool is hidden from view and you can fully enjoy it in complete privacy. For a total change of scenery, you are in the middle of a Mediterranean garden. Centenary olive tree, palm trees, lavender, rosemary, thyme laurel, Agapanthes and other plants from the south have been flourishing in the garden for 11 years now. An ecological choice to preserve our planet: The apartment is located in a villa that we had built in 2008. Heating is provided by geothermal energy, and hot water is produced by solar panels and geothermal backup. The walls are lava stone and plastered in the old way. Thus all polystyrene type insulators have been banned.

The area is ideal for a good stay. Sheltered from the sea breezes, but 2 steps from the town center and the beach (800 meters on foot), you will appreciate its tranquility. View of the pine forest in the southern district of Hardelot. A small path leads to the sea for more tranquility.
