The Art of Water

Careful decoration and great comfort for this apartment completely renovated in June/July 2015 in a quiet and secure luxury residence (La Réale) FACING THE SEA ON THE PEDESTRIAN DIKE with direct access to the beach on one side and in the center town on the other side.
-Main room: living room, dining room, kitchen. Italian convertible sofa 160, quality slatted base
-Closed alcove with Triple bunk bed.
-Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
We have taken a lot of care in renovating this apartment. It is functional and comfortable.
The view from the balcony over the sea is incredible. Relax with an aperitif in a deckchair while looking at the sea... In the morning, wake up in the excellent Italian convertible, open the electric shutter without getting out of bed and admire the sea... it's like you're on a cruise!
The price varies depending on the duration and the season.
The price includes the concierge service: preparation of the apartment, provision of linen, management of arrival and departure, cleaning, etc.
The accommodation is available in its entirety, including the cellar on the ground floor to store bicycles, beach toys, roof box, etc.
Our apartment is entrusted to a concierge service in Hardelot. Marjorie Haudiquet (the manager) has been following our apartment since the beginning. She does everything possible to guarantee a successful stay! When booking, we give you their contact details.
The studio is on the seafront in the pedestrian part of the dike, no road passes in front of it, practical for monitoring the state of the sea before swimming, or watching the children play from the balcony. On the back, we are already in the town center of the station!
Baby kit at your disposal (travel cot and mattress, folding bathtub, high chair, stroller).
Cleaning kit provided.
Please note: the refrigerator does not have a freezer compartment.

Donner 40€ pour un nettoyage pas fait, c' est du vol. En 2017 il n' y avait pas cette somme à verser et chacun faisait son nettoyage; c' était plus propre. J' ai des photos à l' appui.

Un très bon séjour
Très belle prestation, très propre, fonctionnel et moderne. Nos 2 petits enfants de 10 et 5 ans, ont beaucoup apprécié la chambre cabine. Quant à la qualité du canapé-lit , souvent problématique, excellente surprise, couchage très large et confortable, manipulation extrêmement facile. En conclusion, très bonne prestation.

Excellent séjour dans votre studio à Hardelot
Nous sommes déjà venus dans l'appartement de Madame et Monsieur Sébastien TRANCHANT il y a deux ans et nous avions été enchantés. C'est pour cette raison que nous sommes revenus du 23 au 27 septembre 2018. Notre séjour a été très réussi, beau temps, grand soleil et température idéale. Bon accueil . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort, la propreté, la belle vue sur la Manche. Rien ne manque tout est parfait. Le lit convertible venait d'être changé juste avant notre arrivée. C'est très très confortable et pratique quant à la façon de l'ouvrir et le replier. Merci à Marjolaine pour sa bienveillance, sa sympathie. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour cette belle location. Nous reviendrons certainement même si le Jura n'est pas proche d'Hardelot. C'est un studio que nous recommandons très vivement.

Très bel appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Tout confort, très proche du centre ville et on ne peut pas faire plus près de la plage. le local en bas est très appréciable pour laisser les jouets de sable ou trotinettes.
