"This apartment was close to what we needed in Forchheim but yet a world away. The deck has a gorgeous view of the surrounding area and of the nearby hills. The apartment was clean and bright and the hosts were friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had everything we needed during our stay. "We, a family of 5, very much enjoyed our stay in this house. It is exactly as described. Ample space, very clean, a beautiful view. Of all the properties we stayed at, this one is by far the best equipped. All the appliances we needed, a coffee machine WITH coffee, soft drinks/beer/wine (for a small price). Ivonne, the host even provided food for the first breakfast. Lots of info for activities, including a hiking book with map that we used for an excursion into the Fraenkische Schweiz. The...

"Helle, geräumige Dachgeschosswohnung. Eingangsbereich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Kopf einziehen) weil unter der Dachschräge. Sauber und mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet. Schöner Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf eine Felszinne und die Burg. Obwohl nur durch einen Hof von der Bundesstraße getrennt, trotzdem ruhig. Auto oder Fahrrad notwendig, weil der Ortsteil keine Versorgungsmöglichkeiten und nur sehr begrenzte Einkehrmöglichkeit bietet, und der Hauptort ca 5 km entfernt ist. Sehr schöne...

"Beautiful little mountain town. Long (owner) was very responsive to any concerns. We were anticipating 3 bathrooms and only 2. Kitchen chairs were unstable and coming apart at joints. Not very clean but we also checked in early due to arriving early from overnight flight from US."
