Les : le nombre de chambres, de salles de bain/WC et un espace suffisant pour une grande famille, la salle de jeux.Les - : bien encore en rénovation -non précisé dans l'annonce- (électricité à finir de mettre aux normes, surtout si présence d'enfants en bas âge), manque de lumière dans la pièce de vie, jacuzzi non disponible (dates d'indisponibilité à préciser dans l'annonce), ménage et entretien du jardin à parfaire.Nous avons passé, malgré tout, un bon week-end, les remarques se voulant uniquement constructives pour de futurs locataires.
