However, I do have one point of feedback: If I reserved and paid for a double room, I expected amenities for two/double—specifically, two pillows, two comforters, and two sets of towels. If I only needed one of each, I would have booked a single room with a single bed. ..."

"Extraordinary hotel, like staying in a 18 century palace with modern conveniences. Building originally built as monastery in the 8 century. Beautiful lake town, but the hotel alone is worth the trip. All hotel staff were wonderful. Highly recommended."
