Tolles Hotel, freundlich und entgegenkommend was die Check-In Zeit angeht, alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sehr empfehlenswert.

We loved our 3-night stay. Our room was small and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Everything was clean and orderly. Our TV stopped working and was immediately replaced. The breakfast was great - the absolutely best scrambled eggs we have eaten at a hotel breakfast! Lots of fresh food choices. The hotel was near the locations we wanted to visit. Underground parking worked fine. Thank you for a great stay!

The view from the room was overlooking the lake, it is amazing, I used to stay at Breidenbacher Hof but this hotel has more friendly stuff and a view.

I loved the location and value of the hotel. It is close to the Rhine, Old City, shopping, Museums and dining. Best about the hotel is that the facilities are first class. Bed was amazingly comfortable, bathroom details and shower were excellent. Little touches from an ironing board, iPhone music player, mini-bar, etc. made for a comfortable stay. The hotel is walking distance to Altstadt and nearby shopping areas, and very accessible by underground and overground public transportation. The staff is very welcoming, both in reception and the restaurant. Breakfast is the highlight of our stay - they have a great selection of high quality food.

Stayed for one night, arrived late in the evening without any problems. Staff was very accommodating. The next day we drove to Paris and after checking into the hotel there we realized that we left my wife's $200 curling iron and a wireless mouse for my laptop in the hotel room in Neuss. I sent the hotel an email explaining what we had left in the room by mistake and that we would be back in Neuss on the following Friday. They replied with in an hour stating that they found our things and that...

Room was clean, AC was available and convenient to restaurants. 25 minute walk to Dusseldorf train station. Highly recommend!
