"Be aware this hotel is more like a hostel. All rooms on the same floor are sharing one bathroom. That includes shower and toilet. At the time of my booking that did not reflect in the room details. There were also some maintenance issues and I found the staff not very accommodating. This place is not worth the money you'll have to pay for it. "

"Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."

"This IS NOT a hotel... when I arrived at 10:00 PM, it was completely dark including the signage. Not a single person was in sight. Nobody answered the phone. No staff was on property. The door was locked. I called the next day and Me Engle told me I had to check in by 9:00 to get a code which give you access to a key box. I strongly suggest that you remove them from your website. "Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage Urlaub genossen. Das Wetter war besser als vorausgesagt, trotzdem hat der Pellet-Ofen hervorragende Dienste geleistet. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und angemessen eingerichtet. Das Grundstück samt Feuerstelle ist traumhaft. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Wandern und Radfahren. Familie Bartels ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Vielen Dank noch einmal."
