"Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine et salle à manger (vaisselle et couverts à foison )et dans les chambres (deux matelas accolés de taille différente dans l’une d’elle donc peu confortables) Petit bémol mais bon à savoir du fait de l’emplacement dans la campagne on ne capte pas facilement avec les téléphones !et un gros souci de mouches dans une chambre donc chasse aux mouches tous les soirs ...et des cadavres de mouches ici et la dans la maison je ne pense pas que l’aspirateur fut passé...

"A beautiful place which is cozy and nicely decorated and furnished—a little out of town for a quiet, soothing visit. Outdoor dining area, lovely pool and a large play area with all sorts of sports equipment. A well-stocked kitchen, cd player and a variety of cds. I had to contact local Marie to obtain his phone number to point out he hadn't sent us any info on where the cottage was. Even then the inadequate info sent us the day before we left for France sent us to the wrong "WHITE GATES" (not even visible from road). No welcome pack, just a note in kitchen warning us of £250 Euro fine if we didn't do the washing up on...

The property is beautifully renovated and everything is provided that you could want. Even a couple of bikes to pop to the boulangerie in the morning. "Le gite est en fait une ancienne bâtisse Solognote extrémement bien entretenue et agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires vivent à proximité dans une bâtisse du même style. Nous avons sympathisés avec eux tellement ils sont accueillants. Le gite est très propre et spacieux et en plus super équipé. Il est également bien placé pour les chateaux tels que Chambord, Cheverny et Blois."

"A lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was clean. Guy was very helpful regarding some local information and considerate for our comfort. The location was perfect for exploring Chambord . We highly recommend this cottage and would love to return."
