"The village is small and the people in the local shops and restaurants are very welcoming… Apart from “hello - goodbye - please - thank you “ our French is shameful. But everyone was so friendly.. Our hosts, Anne-Sophie and Olivier were lovely. The cottage was fresh, clean, well equipped and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. If are looking for somewhere to call home and relax after exploring the region, this is the place stay."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karine. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, propre, bien décorée. Le jardin est également très agréable avec son terrain de pétanque. La maison est située à 20 minutes du zoo de beauval. Karine est très reactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

"Un accueil et un échange parfait avec nos hôtes. Le cadre est charmant, une petite maison cosy dans un jardin fleuri offrant une pause zen ! Nous avons profité pour profiter le Zoo Parc de Beauval situé à environ 25 minutes. Le niveau d'équipement de la maison est tout à fait satisfaisant. Nous recommandons !"

"Nous avons apprécié nos 2 semaines à visiter les nombreux sites touristiques et le zoo. La maison est fournie et l’hôtesse / monsieur sont sympathiques malgré le fait que nous parlons peu français, mais pas de problème avec Google Translate :-). Emplacement joliment décoré pour 1 nuit ou comme nous pour 2 semaines. Prima plek om te verblijven om de Loire omgeving te verkennen. Dierentuin, kastelen, shoppen in Orleans. Of voor 1 nacht richting het zuiden."

"Le gîte semble prometteur. Certes il est refait à neuf mais la propreté laisse à désirer Tapis sale. Plaids sur le canapé pas lavés Filtre du lave vaisselle indescriptible. Four plein de miettes. … et cerise sur le gâteau nous avons payé 120€ pour le ménage que les hôtes nous reprochent de ne pas avoir fait Louons souvent avec Abritel et cela n’est jamais arrivé."

"Beautiful country house with lovely architectural features inside and out surrounded by meadows and woods. Close to many other lovely Renaissance castles, romantic little towns and- of course - the Loire. The house was immaculately clean, perfectly equipped to accommodate a large group of adults, every bedroom with its own facilities- we had a marvelous time a d are thankful to ou gracious hosts."

"La maison est très bien située pour les visites de plusieurs châteaux (Chambord, Cheverny et Blois par exemple). Elle est proche de la jolie ville de Dhuizon (moins de 10mn à pied du centre ville) qui propose une super épicerie avec des produits locaux de qualité et un super restaurant pour manger "Comme à la maison". La maison est vaste et propre avec de nombreuses chambres. Les équipements intérieurs sont suffisants et adaptés. Le jardin est un poil petit et mériterait quelques équipements...

"This really is rural. It is in the middle of a forest down an unmade road 2 km to nearest village. It is a beautiful location. Host are generous and welcoming. We heard so many birds including owls and saw bats, and deer locally whilst visiting. The pool was a treat in the hot weather ( unheated for the strong hearted!) Situated in a lovely garden. Things that were relevant, are that you access only shower room and the toilet through other bedrooms or outside which may not always be...

"The property met our needs, but there were some things that could have been better. On the upside, because we had young children along, the pool was a bonus. The donkeys, goats, chickens, and roosters were enchanting. On the downside, if someone wants to be close to the surrounding cities (Tours/Amboise) with pubs and restaurants, this is not the place. Also, the place needs some TLC and a good scrubbing."
