A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least.

Excellent housekeeping. Breakfast was good, but selection limited. Gravel road up to property from highway is steep and a bit challenging.
