"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "We only had a few hours to spend here we arrived at 11:00 at night and left at 8:00am but we woke up to the beautiful sound of cow Bell's from grazing Cow's behind the chalet. However that was just the beginning... opening the door to look out at the mountain view took my breath away. The only complaint I have is that I didn't have more time to spend here."
