"We rated this hotel low because of the following: Took us over half an hour in the freezing cold to register at the outdoor registration booth. The screen did not like to cooperate when touched. The constant thumping of heavy rock music all night was really disturbing. When we went for breakfast there was no one to get us coffee so we got it ourselves from the kitchen. "This a super clean in the walking only district of Göppingen. 5 minute walk to the train station. Shopping and dining is all around the Hotel, including a full grocery store. Breakfast is included and is outstanding! Only a couple minor complaints - Parking, there is a garage NOT owned by the hotel right next door, but it is pricey. We used one like 3 blocks away for much cheaper. There is no minifridge or microwave in the rooms. There are also no ice buckets or ice machines. Very little storage in the rooms, no drawers at all."
