"We liked it the stay our rooms TV did not work but the young lady at the front desk was so helpful and she even gave us a late checkout.an the breakfast wasn't as advertised."

"The breakfast was good, they're were a lot of options. The staff were prompt at replacing things like towels. Overall very clean and clean smelling. The lady at the front desk was very kind and patient with us."

"My bad for a one night stay"

"Hotel was clean but a little dated. Biggest issue was front desk clerk. Went to request an extra towel for my wife to dry her hair, only 2 towels for 2 guests, and was treated with a rude attitude. Wanted me to turn in my used towels for exchange. This I understand in some locations, but this was supposedly a “nicer” place of business. Reported employee to management the next morning and they just shrugged it off with no offer of apology or any mention of taking it up with the night staff "

"What a hidden gem! We needed a place for our daughter's college graduation and this property still had availability! It is so neat with all the retro styling in decor, etc. Super friendly staff...breakfast was well supplied...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we ever need to stay in the Kinston area again, this will be our first choice!! "

"Quiet and peaceful"

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent for what it was - a step up from continental, with fresh fruit, waffle station, yogurt, various meats and some prepared eggs. Rooms were adequate. Only issue was not having sufficient bathe towels for the number of guests. Minor issue and resolveable with a request."
