"Had a wonderful 5 night stay at the hotel. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but i was pleasantly surprised. Lovely welcome from check in staff and given lots of information about the hotel and surrounding area. Hotel lobby is impressive, superior double room was spacious, clean and aircon worked perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful and you can order different eggs/bacon from the waitress. My only very small gripe would be that the toaster took ages so put your toast on whilst you enjoy some cereal! The lifts were mentioned in alot of other reviews, to be honest it would be better if all 3 were working but we never had long to wait and we were on holiday so not in a hurry to get anywhere. Central location right by lots of bars/ restaurants and a very short walk to the Rhine. Loved our visit to the hotel and to Cologne, we will be back to visit you both again"

Check in super unkompliziert Preis/Leistung = 1+ P.s.: die beiden Damen die an der Rezeption, zur zeit meines Check in waren sehr sehr freundlich und kompetent, ich find BEIDE sollten befördert werden und/oder ne fette prämie bekommen.
