"Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, die Ferienwohnung war wirklich schön, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, es hat uns aber an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich ein bisschen Platz, um Lebensmittel zu verstauen, wäre schön gewesen, aber wir möchten gerne wieder kommen. Die Gastgeberin haben wir auch kennengelernt und sie war sehr sympathisch und unser Hund durfte auch im Garten laufen."

"Für uns war die Ferienwohnung genau das richtige. Die getrennten Schlafzimmer ( Wohnzimmer) bieten genug Platz,so dass wir auch zu fünft in Ruhe schlafen und die Erwachsenen noch den Abend genießen konnten. Das Badezimmer ist super schick und modern und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet,so dass wir alle Mahlzeiten gut zubereiten und essen konnten. Sehr praktisch waren Vorräte von Kaffee, Olivenöl etc. so dass wir nicht alles neu besorgen mussten. Die Spielsachen waren toll für unseren jüngsten....

"Very quiet but effective air conditioning which was essential during a heatwave. Only criticism was that on looking where the hotel is it looked like the tram was very close but there have been very long running roadworks one the bridge which made it a longer walk to the tram."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was immaculate. Our room was a Castle view which didn’t disappoint, fully air conditioned with rain fall shower in the bathroom. You are on 5 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from the old town, there is a good range of places to eat nearby with many more in the old town. We used the hotel underground car park for ease but there are many more places nearby. Heidelberg is a beautiful city and we will definitely be back."

Although, the hotel did not have a package available. They offered to help create something for me. It was absolutely beautiful!! My fiancé walked in the room and wasn’t long before the tears of joy started. This is what I call extraordinary customer service! They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I wish I known the name of the female receptionist who checked me into my room and helped with the final touches. I would like to say a special, Thank you! ❤️"
