"Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, die Ferienwohnung war wirklich schön, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, es hat uns aber an nichts gefehlt. "Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön. Sie liegt zentral. Leider entspricht die Beschreibung nicht der Realität. Wir wollten ursprünglich zu viert anreisen. Im Nachhinein waren wir fast froh, dass wir nur zu dritt anreisten, denn mit vier Personen wäre es Bettentechnisch sehr eng geworden. Wenn eine Wohnung angeboten wird mit zwei Schlafzimmern und es stellt sich dann heraus, dass das Wohnzimmer mit der Schlafcouch als zweites Schlafzimmer geführt wird, dann sehe ich das als irreführend an....

"Das Tiny house war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren vier Erwachsene für ein Wochenende dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war schnell und reibungslos. Sie hat uns auch eine gute Empfehlung zum Essen gehen gegeben. Zwei der Betten sind allerdings nur über eine Leiter zu erreichen. Hat bei uns geklappt, ist aber nix für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen."

"This hotel was in an excellent location for our visit to Heidelberg - a bus stop right across the road. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated (we appreciated having two chairs in the room). Convenient undergroung parking. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We got here in time for Happy Hour so had a plesant drink on the outdoor terrace. Then had a delicious dinner at a nearby restaiurant."

"I've asked for a room on a lower floor,and got a lovely room on the 2nd floor. Very comfortable bed and big shower cubicle too.I've stayed in a 4* hotels and actually rate Premier Inn, better than some of the 4stars! Staff are very pleasant and helpful. 10 min walk from the Mannheim train station too,therefore convenient for early departure. Danke,grazie mille."

"For our two rooms, 4 adults and one child, Expedia indicates that I shall only pay 14 euros on arrival, all other fees are paid except for the parking. but the Hotel charged us 40 euros which includes 19 euros’ parking. The detail invoice shows that the Hotel charged the taxes on child (which shall not be the case) and another accommodation fees which has been paid with expedia."

"The hotel was nice and in a great location. There was no air conditioning, but the large windows in our corner room provided great ventilation. The shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, with trams nearby and downtown within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped carry our bags upstairs when the elevator was broken. We really enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, which was definitely a highlight of our trip."
