"Had a lovely spa break. Our stay was kickstarted with a lovely welcome, made to feel like family and instantly given a glass of bubbles and shown to lunch. The photos don’t do the spa area justice, it is gorgeous! We spent a lovely afternoon using the saunas, pool and relaxation room. The evening meal was nice, not the best food ever but it was good and there was a lot of food! The drinks were reasonable. Breakfast was lovely in the morning - lots of choice. We was sad to leave. "I had a great time at Weisses Kreuz. The staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. They provide excellent recommendations for restaurants (loved Piano Bar) and were helpful with directions. The only problem, if you have car you should call ahead to get directions to the garage. Cars are not allowed in the old city center. "
