"Had a lovely spa break. Our stay was kickstarted with a lovely welcome, made to feel like family and instantly given a glass of bubbles and shown to lunch. The photos don’t do the spa area justice, it is gorgeous! We spent a lovely afternoon using the saunas, pool and relaxation room. The evening meal was nice, not the best food ever but it was good and there was a lot of food! The drinks were reasonable. Breakfast was lovely in the morning - lots of choice. We was sad to leave. "Wonderful family owned hotel in the heart of the Stubai Glacier Valley. Walkable to the main church, shops and restaurants. Free parking and just a quick 20-minute drive up the beautiful valley to reach the Stubai Glacier Skiing area. Public transportation easily accessible."

"I recently stayed at Active Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. The location was simply amazing, and the views were breathtaking. But what impressed me the most was the bed; it was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. And let's not forget the stunning pool - an absolute delight. I had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect getaway."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean and nicely updated. We spent a lot of time on our balcony watching hikers go by and marveling at the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although its outside of the city, there are several small towns near by. The area is very charming and there's plenty of hiking and biking right outside of your door. "

We tried to call and no one answered and they left the keys on the counter but didn’t indicate where the room is and it took us around 15 minutes to find our room. The restaurant is supposed to be open from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm but never did open. The service is not great. "
